Foundations of Digital Andragogy: Adult Learning Principles in Digital Environments

This programme is designed for adult educators who want to improve their teaching competences and methods needed to work in a digital environment. Participants learn about the principles of andragogy and digital andragogy, how to analyzs adult learning needs, create modular and micro-learning content, select appropriate methods and tools, and evaluate their own practice.AI is used as a thinking partner to generate alternatives, surface assumptions, and stress‑test reasoning – participants remain responsible for judgement and academic standards. All design work happens during the sessions.
